TideThink was inspired by my hope to pass on a love of learning to my two children.

I’m Ishita Mehta, and while I’ve always done well academically, I used to be more focused on achieving results than enjoying the learning process. It wasn’t until after earning a few degrees and spending a decade working at Google that I really began to appreciate learning for its own sake. This change came through creating—starting with nothing, making something new, and discovering through the process. I want to nurture that sense of curiosity from a young age.

Now, I find so much joy in making things. There’s something special about creating from scratch and learning along the way. My hope is that those who use my products can feel that same sense of fulfillment and discovery.
